    To create a form based on a template, simply select the template from the list to the right.

    The first step is to provide some basic information about our form.

    After this step we'll define the types of fields our form will use.

    Step 1 of 3 — Basic Job Information

    * Required field
    * Job Name:
    The name of our job. Should only contain alpha-numeric characters with the exception of underscores and dashes.
    * Job Type:

    When set to standard, means our job flows from one page to the next.

    Application means our pages can be accessed in any order.

    * Form Display Type:

    When set as Embedded Page our form is built with no background and is not centered on our page.

    By contrast, a full page form is built to sit on its own page.
